I had an amazing experience at Devon Paya Cafe. The paya was hands down the best I’ve had in the United States — rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the authenticity and care in the preparation. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and everything felt fresh and high quality. If you’re looking for real, traditional paya, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.
